Assistant Engineer
General Responsibilities
The assistant engineer will be required to enter the company with a degree/certificate in Music Production from an accredited school or with an equivalent trade school experience. He/she must have prior training with the particular equipment on hand. There will be minimal training available on our equipment. His/her responsibilities include operating the machines and equipment to record, synchronize, mix, or reproduce music, voices, or sound effects in the recording studio.

Administrative Assistant
General Responsibilities
The secretary or receptionist must have a high school diploma or GED equivalence. A minimal of one year of prior secretarial/receptionist work is required. His/her duties will include scheduling studio renters, receiving incoming calls, making outgoing calls, and accommodating studio renters. Since he/she will be dealing with the studio renters both in person, online, and via telephone, he/she must be efficient in verbal and written communications.
Requirements

- Minimum one year prior secretarial/receptionist work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Music Technology Intern(s)
General Responsibilities
The intern position is offered to undergraduate students who are rising juniors and seniors, as well as recent college graduates. He/she must have a degree/certificate or be pursuing a degree/certificate in Business Administration or Music Technology. The intern position does not have to be filled, so the personnel hired to fill this position must be serious about the commitment. In addition, they must have a strong work ethic. His/her duties will include assisting the chief sound engineer with related projects and custodial work around the studio. The focus of the internship is professional development to ensure a gainful learning experience. The position will be unpaid. A full-time position is contingent upon successful completion of the internship and the need of the recording studio to hire more personnel.

Business Development / Marketing Intern(s)
General Responsibilities
The intern position is offered to undergraduate students who are rising juniors and seniors, as well as recent college graduates. He/she must have a degree/certificate or be pursuing a degree/certificate in Business Administration or Music Technology. The intern position does not have to be filled, so the personnel hired to fill this position must be serious about the commitment. In addition, they must have a strong work ethic. His/her duties will include promoting the studio at concerts, entertainment events and at music stores throughout the tri-state area. All expenses related to these responsibilities including concert tickets, and gas will be covered by the studio.
